Guidelines for Abstract Submission
Online Abstract Submission System – Operating Principles*
Please read the following instructions carefully before preparing your abstract. First, a user account must be created by obtaining a username and password through the system. Abstracts prepared in the system will be sent for evaluation only after the submission has been officially finalized. Abstracts that are not approved for submission and evaluation by the user will not be reviewed.
We strongly request that you review the abstract writing guidelines for Original Research and Clinical Case Reports / Case Series via the link below before uploading your abstract to the online abstract submission system.
Abstract Submission Rules
- The abstract body should have maximum 300 words.
- The title of the abstract must consist of a maximum of 10 words and clearly reflect the content of the study.
- The name-surname, title, institution, city and contact addresses of all authors of the abstracts should be added on relevant part.
- The abstract text cannot contain any specific information that would allow identification of the author(s) or indicate their institution(s)
- While uploading the abstract to the system, the preferred presentation type may be selected as one of the options listed below. The Scientific Committee will take the stated preference into consideration during the evaluation process, and based on the review results, abstracts deemed appropriate will be accepted either as Oral or Poster presentations.

Abstracts must include the following sections:
ORIGINAL RESEARCHES: Aim, Material & Method, Results, Conclusion
CLINICAL CASE REPORTS / CASE SERIES: Aim, Case, Results, Conclusion
Notification Letter
- Accepted abstracts will be marked in the system, and each user will be able to track the status of their submissions through their personal account.
- The author who will present the accepted abstract must complete their registration by 15 May 2026.
General Information on Oral and Poster Presentation
- 5 minutes time for presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A, 7 minutes in total will be allocated for each oral presentation.
- Participants who will give oral presentations at the congress will be provided with the necessary technical equipment.
- Accepted posters must be prepared in e-poster format. Details regarding e-poster preparation will be communicated separately.
