Congress official languages are Turkish and English.

Badges will be distributed at the registration desk. Participants without badge will not be admitted to the Congress activities.

Pharmaceutical and medical companies will be presenting their products at their stand areas during the congress. Exhibition will be open during the congress.

Official invitation letters will be prepared by Congress secretariat, they can only been issued upon registration completion. Purpose of providing invitation letters is only to help participants get permission from their institutions and they will not hold any financial liability.

Registration and information desks will open at Başakşehir ÇAM & SAKURA Conference Halls’ lobby during congress dates from 08:00 to 19:00.

Certificate of attendance will be provided to all registered attendants.
