Registration Fees (Euro)

• Registration fee includes 20% VAT.
• Registration fee includes participation in the scientific program, meeting printed materials (name badge, certificate of attendance, pocket program), coffee breaks, and lunches during the scientific program days.
• Registration fees cover participation in the scientific program of the meeting on 25, 26, and 27 June 2026.

We kindly ask you to send your payment receipt to K2 Congress and Event Services by e-mail at camsakurapediatri@k2-events.com and indicate your name and surname along with “registration fee” in the explanation/remarks section of the transfer.

Please note that your registration request cannot be confirmed until your bank receipt is received and the payment has been credited to our account. Thank you for your understanding.

Registration Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made on or before 15 May 2026 will be refunded, excluding bank transfer costs.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 15 May 2026.
• All applicable refunds will be processed after the meeting.
